Job Summary
Assist members with currency transactions, open new accounts, and process consumer loan applications; provide member support by phone while business is being developed; pair credit union products and services with members’ financial needs and follow up to maintain relationships. Must cultivate long-term relationships, maintain professional appearance, and demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance awareness. Part-time role with a base wage of $15/hour plus bonus/incentives; location: Bluffdale, UT (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
