Job Summary
Proactively engage members to understand and meet their immediate banking needs by identifying beneficial products and services. Complete financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other account transactions accurately and efficiently. Educate members on mobile tools and resources to transform their experience. Assist other team members and complete other duties as assigned. This casual position requires availability Monday–Friday. The role offers a salary of $24.38 to $27 per hour with access to an annual incentive program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, and or financial industry)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented focus and the ability to multi-task
- Effective listening skills
- Successful relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and cooperation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A proven ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with or without a calculator
- Initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
