Job Summary
Experienced, member-service-oriented Financial Service Representative needed at Frontier Community Credit Union in Leavenworth, KS. Responsibilities include assisting members with financial requests and transactions across share and loan products, opening/closing accounts, processing loan applications, and handling teller transactions via face-to-face, phone, and email communication. Requires 2–3 years related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficient MS Office skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role involves delivering prompt, accurate, and compliant service, preparing routine reports, and maintaining reliable attendance. Required Qualifications
- Minimum two to three years related experience (Teller/Member experience, customer service)
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with members
