Job Summary
Deliver results on store profitability goals by providing a quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all transactions. Determine customer needs and provide solutions, handle cash, and accurately enter transactions into the system. Contact customers over the phone with past due balances to negotiate payment terms and schedules, while completing all documentation and following safety, security, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have previous cash handling experience
- Be sales driven
- Have a passion for customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with a current First Aid and CPR certification will be considered an asset
