Job Summary
Deliver results on store profitability goals by providing quality customer sales experiences and efficiently executing all transactions. Determine customer needs to offer tailored solutions, handle cash accurately, and enter transactions into the system. Contact customers regarding past due balances to negotiate payment terms and schedules while completing all documentation. Adhere strictly to safety, security, and compliance requirements. This role supports Money Mart's mission as North America's leading non-prime lender, contributing to community initiatives through our diverse network of retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience
- Have previous cash handling experience
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
