Financial Service Representative - LendDirect Office 1589

Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers by guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism. Drive sales growth using consultative techniques to educate clients on financial products and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Manage inbound calls with confidence and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business. Collaborate with customers on past-due accounts to offer solutions and work toward resolution while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies. Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence. Full-time role available Monday through Saturday at 1869 Grant Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, with an hourly range of $17.50 to $23.50.
