Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers by guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism. Drive sales growth using consultative techniques to educate clients on financial products and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Manage inbound calls with confidence and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business while supporting delinquency management by collaborating on past-due account resolutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies. Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, earning $19.00 to $25.00 hourly, with access to paid time off, health benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High School diploma or equivalent, English major preferred
