Financial Service Representative

Financial Service Representative provides in-person, impeccable service to Langley members, using consultative selling to offer financial products and services that meet members’ needs. The role includes processing consumer loan products and services (personal, auto, home equity line of credit, credit cards), handling all types of transactions, educating members on Langley products to improve financial well-being, assisting with Online and Telephone banking, recording member interactions in CRM, making referrals to internal partners, fostering teamwork, and acting as a front-line deterrent against fraud and theft. The position supports branch operations and requires Associates degree or equivalent experience; on-site role at the Coliseum Branch in Hampton, VA.
