Financial Service Representative

Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers by guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism. Drive sales growth using consultative techniques to educate clients on financial products, identify upsell opportunities, and manage inbound and outbound calls to attract new business. Support delinquency management by collaborating with customers on past-due accounts to offer solutions and ensure resolution. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies while participating in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring. Work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with evenings and weekends based on business needs.
