Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers by guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism. Drive sales growth using consultative techniques to educate clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Manage inbound calls with confidence while making proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings. Collaborate with customers on past-due accounts to offer solutions and work toward resolution. Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets. Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence. Full-time position in Griffith, IN, with a base hourly range of $16.25 to $22.75.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday
- Must be available for evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons
- Must be able to work onsite at 1815 West Glen Park Avenue, Griffith, IN 46319
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
