Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers by guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism. Use consultative sales techniques to educate clients on financial products, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Manage inbound calls and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business, while collaborating on past-due accounts to offer solutions and work toward resolution. Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure compliance and protect customer information. Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence. Full-time role with a set schedule; hourly rate ranges from $16.25 to $22.75. Located at 5840 W Interstate 20, Ste 124 Arlington, TX 76017.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons
