Job Summary
Welcome and engage customers in person, by phone, and via email to build strong relationships. Demonstrate empathy by understanding customer situations and matching them to suitable financial products. Educate clients on achieving financial goals through credit building, while capitalizing on cross-sales and add-on products. Manage collections for past due accounts and secure all required information to fulfill applications with strong attention to detail. This role involves full-time work at easyfinancial, an alternative consumer lender, with a salary of $19.00 - $20.00/hour plus monthly bonuses. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
