Job Summary
Build strong relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Demonstrate compassion by understanding customer situations to match them with suitable financial products and educate them on achieving goals through credit building. Manage collections activities for past due accounts while securing required information to fulfill applications with strong attention to detail. Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products to drive revenue. This role requires excellent communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills for a full-time position at $19.00 - $21.00/hour CAD plus bonuses. Candidates must pass criminal, employment, and credit background checks and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
