Job Summary
Welcome and engage customers in person, over the phone, and by email to build strong relationships. Demonstrate empathy by understanding customer situations and matching them to suitable financial products. Educate clients on achieving financial goals through credit building while capitalizing on cross-sales and add-on products. Manage collections activities for all past due accounts and secure required information to fulfill applications with strong attention to detail. This role requires excellent communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $20.00/hour CAD plus monthly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of their work experience to qualify for hire.
