Job Summary
Welcome and engage customers in person, over the phone, and via email to build strong relationships. Demonstrate compassion by understanding client situations to match them with suitable financial products, while educating them on credit-building strategies. Secure required information to fulfill applications with strong attention to detail and capitalize on cross-sales opportunities. Manage collections activities for all past due accounts and handle objections with negotiation skills. This role requires excellent communication, experience in customer-facing environments, and the ability to pass criminal, employment, and credit background checks. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis. Starting rate is $20.00/hour CAD plus monthly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of their work experience to qualify for hire.
