Job Summary
Welcome and engage customers in person, over the phone, and via email to build strong relationships. Demonstrate compassion by understanding client situations to match them with suitable financial products, while educating them on achieving goals through credit building. Manage collections for past due accounts and secure required information to fulfill applications with strong attention to detail. Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products to drive revenue. This role offers hourly pay of $19.00-$20.00 CAD plus monthly bonuses, requires passing criminal, employment, and credit background checks, and is a full-time position in Canada without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of their work experience to qualify for hire.
