Financial Service Representative

Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers by guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism. Drive sales growth using consultative techniques to educate clients on financial products and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Manage inbound calls with confidence while making proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings. Collaborate with customers on past-due accounts to offer solutions and work toward resolution. Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and assets. Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence. This role is based at 5840 W Interstate 20, Ste 124 Arlington, TX 76017. Hours are full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with evenings and weekends based on business needs. The hourly rate ranges from $16.25 to $22.75.
