Job Summary
Increase member penetration of credit union services through direct solicitation and lead development. Fulfill member requests, process financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals, and ensure all documents comply with policies and legal requirements. Balance the cash drawer daily and provide support for problem resolution involving account research and product questions. Refer issues beyond authority to the manager and adhere to annual BSA/AML compliance training. Operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard while maintaining courtesy and tact during high-volume personal interactions.
