Financial Service Representative

As a Financial Services Representative in the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre serving clients, build relationships, understand personal and business goals, and recommend tailored financial solutions. You’ll leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investments and wealth protection to help clients reach their financial objectives, engage in marketing/outreach, and help clients navigate banking technology including mobile apps. This on-site, full-time role may involve evenings and weekends and requires travel between banking centres within a reasonable distance. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada, hold a Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada), and have about 1 year of client-facing sales experience; banking experience is a plus. The position emphasizes client service, trust, teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning as you support clients’ financial goals through strong relationships and solutions.
