Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers by guiding them through the loan process with care. Drive sales growth using consultative techniques to educate clients on financial products and identify upsell opportunities. Manage inbound calls and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business while supporting delinquency management for past-due accounts. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies. Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence. This role is based in Amory, MS, with full-time hours Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, adjusting for peak seasons. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: Ability to read, speak, and write fluently in both English and Spanish
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Full Time employment
- Monday through Friday schedule
