Financial Service Representative - Bilingual

As a Bilingual Financial Service Representative at Earthmover Credit Union, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service while processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. You will educate members on products and services, open new accounts, assist with loan applications, balance cash drawers daily, and maintain confidentiality and security of member information. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, prior credit union or banking experience, ability to become a Notary Public within 12 months, and NMLS licensing or the ability to obtain it. Strong customer service, attention to detail, cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. The position supports five branch locations in Batavia, Oswego, Yorkville, Aurora, and Montgomery (Aurora area), with available weekday hours and occasional Saturday shifts.
