Financial Service Representative

Financial Service Representative role with AdventHealth is a full-time, day-shift position located in Orlando, FL. Primary responsibilities include disbursing approved loans and acting as a signing witness on loan documents, providing outstanding customer service, processing loan applications and supporting documents, conducting interviews to gather information for loan processing, handling ATM balancing/replenishment, cash handling across over-the-counter, mail, email, and phone channels, maintaining and balancing cash drawers, managing deposits/withdrawals/loan payments/transfers/money orders/checks, opening/closing member accounts and updating information, and cross-selling credit union products to meet sales/service goals. Requires knowledge of account, deposit, and consumer loan policies and applicable regulations, data entry, strong communication, problem-solving, and numerical balancing abilities. Preferred Education: High School Grad or Equiv. Prior teller and member service experience in banking/financial institutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with BSA/AML compliance.
