Job Summary
Conduct regulatory and transactional advisory work for financial institutions across the UK and international markets, covering authorisations, governance, risk management, and compliance. Manage complex commercial projects including new business structuring, regulatory change, and high-value M&A, while handling BAU regulatory matters and emerging technology issues like digital assets and AI. Collaborate with contentious counterparts to broaden experience and advise clients on major regulatory regimes such as CRR/CRD, MiFID II, and CRD VI. Full-time permanent role based in London. Requires 1-2 years of financial services regulatory experience and a 2:1 degree.
Required Qualifications
- approximately 1-2 years' experience in financial services regulatory work
- experience of dealing with large, complex and multi-jurisdictional matters
- Academic excellence
- at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
