Job Summary
Financial Service Manager for First Quality Consumer Products in McElhattan, PA, leads the Financial Services team responsible for billing, credit, and collections across business units; manages end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, cash applications, and collections; supports month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting; develops and refines SOPs to drive consistent, cost-efficient transaction processing; monitors aging, sets credit limits, and implements strategies to minimize overdue receivables and bad debt; maintains dept. KPIs and dashboards; collaborates with central accounting and interacts with customers and senior stakeholders; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in finance with at least 2 years in supervision, ERP experience (SAP), US GAAP knowledge, and manufacturing accounting understanding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role
- at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP
- Knowledge of US GAAP basic principles and elements of internal controls
- Understanding of manufacturing accounting environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience interacting with senior managers and customers
