Job Summary
Financial Sales Representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting financial products and services to meet members’ needs. Collaborate with the team during morning huddles, greet members in the financial center or via telephone, explain the auto loan application process, ask open-ended questions to uncover financial goals, recommend appropriate products, and follow up on newly opened accounts. Requires at least one year of sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a positive attitude. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, meeting sales goals, adhering to policies, and maintaining work-life balance with evening and weekend availability. Location is the Charleston, SC financial center; opportunities involve in-person interactions and phone outreach within a fast-paced environment.
