Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and consultative sales at a West Columbia financial center. Greet members, assess financial goals, and recommend financial products and services (e.g., auto loans) based on individual needs. Collaborate with team to discuss sales goals, follow policies and procedures, manage time effectively, and build lasting relationships with members through in-person and telephone interactions. Maintain a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals while delivering a positive member experience and supporting community initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a sales position selling products and/or services with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Additional Requirements
- Military experience considered for veterans and transitioning service members
