Job Summary
The FSM will promote and sell Case IH, Case, and New Holland equipment financing services through a captive dealer network in Saskatchewan, Canada, building and executing a territory business plan, leading dealer relationships, and training dealer sales teams to grow financial market share. Key duties include regularly engaging with dealer principals and CFO-level management, driving territory growth, and maintaining awareness of industry and competitive trends. Required are strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills, plus the ability to manage objectives and coordinate across sales, marketing, and finance teams. The role emphasizes leadership, enterprise relationships, and a results-driven mindset within a defined geographic region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related subject area
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in field sales, Marketing, Finance or collaboration with dealerships, captive distribution networks or Finance & Insurance sales
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, or collaboration with dealerships, captive distribution networks or Finance & Insurance sales
