Job Summary
Financial Sales Associate responsible for providing life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank's clients, coordinating with branch and sales/service teams, and executing end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client calls, presentations, and cross-selling to deepen client relationships. Duties include KYC/CDD/EDD compliance, preparing sales plans and reports, ensuring documentary requirements, conducting market research and competitor shopping, and promoting MCBL products while delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong interpersonal/communication skills; in-office role with Manulife/MCBL in Bulacan, Philippines.
