Job Summary
Conduct daily client interactions and front lobby transactions while serving as a subject matter specialist in compliance. Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by assessing client needs and making effective introductions to drive branch success. Partner with the team as a technology champion to adopt new tools and share learnings. Obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses with full support during the learning process. Work onsite at the Roslyn, NY branch within a phased rollout model.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service, phone, or financial services experience
- Banking, insurance, or financial experience
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Superb interpersonal skills
- An aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Being coachable, collaborative, and curious
- 100% onsite presence
- Series 07 - FINRA certification
Desired Qualifications
- Degree and/or other professional certifications
- CFP certification
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
