Financial Reporting Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Review annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports alongside tailored shareholder reports, incorporating comments from fund accounting, auditors, and legal teams. Communicate changes in GAAP rules to operating groups and prepare yearly schedules for shareholder reports. Liaise with banks, printers, and attorneys on SEC filings including N-CSR, N-30D, and 485B, while maintaining financial reporting checklists and bank accuracy sheets. Keep management informed of assigned fund problems and ensure shareholder reports meet style and accuracy standards. This Senior Analyst position supports the Global Fund Administration team in overseeing Net Asset Value calculations and regulatory requirements for approximately 600 pooled vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in the mutual fund or finance industry
- 4-year degree in a business field
- Proficient knowledge of mutual fund accounting
- Knowledge of SEC regulations
- Knowledge of financial reporting
- Knowledge of spreadsheets
- Excellent analytical skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of various GAAP reporting (U.S., International, Lux GAAP)
- Knowledge of various reporting requirements (RIC, Lux, Partnership, etc.)
