Financial Reporting Senior Accountant

Job Summary
Prepare and review statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients, including larger and more complex businesses. Work on consolidated financial statements and group reporting assignments, assisting with complex financial reporting matters under UK GAAP and FRS 102. Liaise with audit teams and clients to ensure assignments are delivered efficiently and to a high technical standard. Research technical accounting issues and provide practical solutions while supporting and mentoring junior team members. Manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously to build strong relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification)
- Experience preparing statutory accounts within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
