Job Summary
Lead GAAP-compliant financial reporting for multiple entities, manage the monthly close and related footnotes, coordinate external audits, ensure bank covenant compliance and sponsor reporting, develop and maintain reporting templates, and support treasury operations including cash forecasting in a PE-backed environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accurate, timely financial statements and management commentary; drive improvements to close-to-report cycle and financial processes while providing board-level materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation (active or inactive)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience
- experience with multi-entity consolidations
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including footnote disclosure requirements
- Prior experience with external audits (public accounting background preferred)
- Experience with bank compliance reporting and financial covenant calculations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
