Job Summary
Financial Reporting Manager responsible for acting as the central hub for cross-unit financial reporting, rolling up data into executive packages, and driving reporting discipline and process improvements. Key focus areas include coordinating timely monthly/quarterly/ad hoc reporting from multiple non-integrated systems and Excel inputs, maintaining reporting templates and schedules, standardizing formats and data collection, performing financial analyses to support strategic decisions, and mentoring team members in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Requires strong Excel expertise, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and effectively communicate findings to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5 to 7 years of progressive work experience in accounting, financial reporting, finance, or related data/analysis field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel with pivot tables, formulas, and external data sources
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work quickly/accurately under pressure
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Collaborative/team-oriented mindset
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and improving reporting processes and models
