Financial Reporting Manager

Lead the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accurate financial statements and timely delivery; ensure strict adherence to IFRS/FRS accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory reporting; act as the primary liaison for external audits and manage audit queries; collaborate with Tax and Compliance for MAS submissions, transfer pricing documentation, and annual tax filings; manage and mentor a team of accountants across multiple entities; drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing workflows to optimize closing timelines and operational efficiency; partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to strengthen financial data pipelines and ensure accuracy of revenue and cost recognition; support the Financial Controller on ad-hoc projects, variance analysis, and financial insights for strategic decision-making.
