Job Summary
Process and report client financial data for equity compensation programs across 20–25 public companies, managing both scheduled cycles and ad-hoc requests. Establish, execute, and supervise support initiatives while training client contacts on the Plan Sponsor Workstation and customized dashboards. Partner with Operations and Product teams to migrate legacy reporting systems, conduct testing efforts, and deliver exception full-service administration during peak volumes. Maintain process benchmarks and crafting required data for operational measures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance, Financial Services and/or Stock Plan Administration experience
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) level 1
- Strong ability to multi-task, react and think quickly
- Positive can-do demeanor and a willingness to work across groups to get the job done
- Team player who will consistently provide a very high level of support to the group
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Proven success in developing presentations and reporting
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for details
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership
- Proactive approach
- Flexibility to work overtime if needed
- 100% onsite presence (phased rollout)
- Clean criminal history (no disqualifying criminal histories per FINRA and other regulations)
