Job Summary
Prepare and present financials periodically, manage periodic compliance and statutory reports for stakeholders, and handle revenue recognition on ongoing projects. Coordinate accounts receivable and payables, perform general reconciliation of all ledgers and sub-ledgers, and address external and internal audit queries. Ensure timely remittances of statutory deductions while establishing value for money in professional engagements with consultants. Conduct aging analysis reconciliations and drive effectiveness and efficiency for the division. Requires a BSC degree in Accounting/Finance and ACA, with professional certification such as ACCA, ICAN, or CPA. Strong knowledge of IFRS, regulatory requirements, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills is essential. Experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
