Job Summary
Manage client relationships through all phases of implementation, including sales support, discovery, onboarding, and BAU. Produce and review SEC Form N-PORT and N-CEN filings to the highest departmental standards, performing root cause analysis on errors and implementing corrective actions. Setup funds and clients on the Enterprise Servicing Platform (ESP) reporting tool, integrating client-specific and third-party data sources. Lead subordinate staff by conducting periodic performance reviews, providing training, and ensuring adequate backup for all activities. Assist in designing internal review checklists and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for the filing process.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial services and investment products
- Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and general ledger accounting requirements and laws as they apply to investment companies, Trusts, Partnerships and other fund structures
- Experience with Enterprise Servicing Platform (ESP)
- ability to perform SQL queries and/or database management
- 6 to 8 years of experience in related accounting or finance field

- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred

- Advance knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT)
