Job Summary
WaterBridge seeks a Financial Reporting Analyst to prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP and SEC rules; coordinate disclosures for 10-Q and 10-K filings; produce monthly financial packages; develop ad-hoc reports; conduct technical accounting research; monitor new accounting pronouncements; support audits with internal and external teams; and drive process improvements within the accounting function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of public accounting experience
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with SEC regulations
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Active CPA certification is preferred
- Big Four public accounting experience preferred
- Experience with SEC reporting is preferred
- Familiarity with Workday, DFIN or OneStream preferred
