Job Summary
Consolidate financial data for monthly and quarterly accounting closes, preparing company-wide consolidations and equity distribution sheets for partnerships. Draft technical accounting memos on new financial standards while maintaining schedules for SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K documents. Support external and internal audits by coordinating deliverables, preparing SOX documentation, and analyzing variances to enhance financial result understanding. Manage employee stock compensation programs and improve documentation processes for the financial reporting platform transition.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who can communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Excitement around navigating a high growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Proficient in interacting with and creating a collaborative working environment amongst stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- ideally has experience with SEC disclosure preparation and associated requirements
- CPA is preferred but not required
- Workday experience a plus, not required
