Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary
FP&A-focused role supporting budgeting, closing, and forecasting with responsibility for month-end US GAAP financial reporting, data gathering and consolidation, audit support, and identification of cost-reduction opportunities. Will partner with Country Controlling Teams, participate in FP&A projects, and drive automation and standardization in reporting processes, using tools like Tagetik and SAP; requires strong communication skills and English proficiency, with a remote-friendly setup based in Poznań, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance &/ or Accounting
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling
- Proficient in English
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Tagetik knowledge as a plus
- SAP knowledge as a plus
- General Accounting Knowledge
- Cost Management/ budgeting/controlling skills
- Highly developed communication skills and basics of public speaking
