Financial Reporting Analyst

Manage month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate US GAAP financial reporting, handling confidential data and supporting audits with requested documentation. Prepare insightful reports for respective countries and gather, consolidate, and report data for various forecast and budget areas in conjunction with Country Controlling Teams. Assist with budgeting, forecast preparation, and business case calculations while identifying cost reduction opportunities and proposing action plans. Monitor business performance against budget and forecast, communicating variances and trends to management. Load information to Tagetik and participate in FP&A projects to standardize processes and share knowledge with peers.
