Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary
The Financial Reporting Analyst prepares SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy) and assists with technical accounting research under US GAAP, documentation of conclusions on complex accounting issues, and the implementation of new accounting pronouncements. The role supports investor relations disclosures, coordinates with internal and external auditors, and helps maintain internal controls over financial reporting while contributing to ad hoc reporting and projects. Strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required. Must have a Bachelor’s in accounting (CPA preferred) and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with public accounting experience and IFRS/SEC exposure considered a plus. Hybrid work arrangement based in Phoenix, AZ, with relocation not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA designation preferred
- Public accounting experience preferred with experience working on public company/SEC filings and audits
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting/financial reporting experience (public accounting required and/or a mix of public accounting and corporate financial reporting experience)
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC and Sarbanes Oxley, required
