Job Summary
Establish and deepen customer relationships by executing relationship management strategies, performing accurate banking transactions, and conducting proactive phone outreach to existing and prospect clients. Uncover customer needs to refer them to relevant solutions while handling teller activities such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and opening new walk-in accounts. Coordinate legal documentation for compliance and assist management with operational duties while fostering new business through community awareness events. Maintain exceptional customer experience across all client requests and adhere to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years banking center experience
- Knowledge of banking products and services including deposits, lending and other financial services
- Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment to accomplish many tasks efficiently and timely
- Proven customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet (Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak concisely
- Must be team-oriented
- Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization with various stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong phone communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years banking center experience preferred, including customer service, relationship management and cash handling
- Professional experience anticipating common customer concerns and analyzing current procedures and processes for available improvements
- Knowledge of legal entity documentation preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce preferred
