Job Summary
Financial Relationship Banker responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products; duties include providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, promoting use of online/mobile banking, educating customers on bank products, and building internal partnerships through a disciplined sales process and referrals, with flexible in-office and remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
- Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
