Job Summary
As a Financial Relationship Banker, you play a key role in retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. You will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, grow relationships through prescheduled appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process, educate customers on banking technology (online, mobile, and ATM), and collaborate with partners while adhering to policies and regulations. The role emphasizes relationship building, knowledge of banking products, and effective communication in an in-office and work-from-home hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
