As a Financial Relationship Banker, you play a key role in looking out for our consumer and business customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. Duties include providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving issues, growing relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, and referrals, educating customers on optimizing use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM), maintaining knowledge of products and policies, and adhering to risk and regulatory requirements. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and deepen customer relationships and collaborate with internal partners to expand banking solutions.
