Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for consumer and business clients. Proactively identify financial goals to recommend deposit, loan, and banking products. Grow relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, and referral programs. Educate customers on optimizing online, mobile, and ATM banking technology. Maintain knowledge of all products, services, policies, and regulatory procedures. Adhere to operational, security, and risk policies. Requires high school diploma or GED with one year of banking or retail sales experience. Exempt status applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or Business to Business sales experience
- Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships
- Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
- Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products
