Job Summary
Financial Relationship Banker responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. Duties include providing excellent customer service, identifying opportunities through planned activities and referrals, educating customers on bank technology, and maintaining knowledge of products, services, and policies while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal controls. The role emphasizes relationship-building, customer education, and collaboration with bank colleagues to deepen relationships and drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role
- Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or Business to Business sales experience
- Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
