Job Summary
Financial Relationship Banker responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. Duties include providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, growing relationships through pre-set appointments and referrals, educating customers on banking products and technology, maintaining knowledge of products and policies, and adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures. The role emphasizes relationship-building, customer education, and collaboration with internal partners to deepen wallet share and ensure a high level of service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience
- Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
