Job Summary
Financial Relationship Banker responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. You will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, educate customers on bank technology, and refer customers to deepen relationships across bank areas. Must stay informed on products, services, technology, and policies and adhere to risk and regulatory requirements. This role supports in-office and work-from-home flexibility, with specific arrangements provided by the hiring team; likely involves proactive outreach, appointments, referrals, and collaboration with bank colleagues to drive customer value.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role
- Background check requirements including fingerprinting as required by NMLS regulations
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile/online banking services
